Who was the person who signed the order to excecute the holocaust?

I don't know who specifically signed the order, but the person who planned most of the holocaust was Adolf Eichmann at the Wannsee conference in 1942. He escaped to Argentina at the end of the war, but was captured by Mossad agents in 1960 and hanged in Israel in 1962.
