My deck is turning off at high volume or high bass?

I just installed a brand new alpine deck, alpine amp, new speaker wire, and polk speakers. At high volume, or high bass, my deck just turns off. Is it a bad ground or??? I can't figure it out, all speakers were hooked up with new wire, new connections, everything new! The only thing not new is the ground wire and power wire.
