Changing clothes after an airplane flight?

I was wondering if it's ok with like airport security and stuff if u bring spare clothes in ur hand luggage and then after the flight b4 waiting 4 ages 4 ur luggage 2 arrive, to get changed in the bathroom (meeting family and friends don't wanna seem rly ugly) x
