I need a smartass on speakers!?

how would i set up the polk audio psw10 subwoofer to play with the logitech z2300? I want it SIMPLE!!! i was thinking of getting a 3.5mm cord splitter (which would be from an ipod touch) and plug the logitech in one side and the polk in the other but how would i set up a 3.5mm cord to go to the polk subwoofer?? would i just convert the 3.5mm into two rca cords then plug them into the back of the speaker or would i have to do somtin with the imputs and/or outputs??? thanks!!!
