Do hotels give away your room if you arrive late?

Yes, always CALL if you are going to be late and they will save the rom for you...and I really doubt you can get your bags and get to the hotle by 10:30...so tell them your plane arrive at 10 ( if it is on time) and you will be there as soon as possible.
