Moving where AT&T has bad coverage, is there an easy way to switch to Verizon?

You could easily sell the iPhone 4 for $450 on eBay, as well as $250-300 each for the 3GSs. I am not aware of any programs like you suggest. The only way would be to cancel your contract and switch.
