If I have 2 lay overs during my vacation, how many times will the airports x ray my check in bags?

I will be traveling from Florida to the UAE, and I will have two lay overs. I will stop first in Atlanta and then in Amsterdam, then from Amsterdam take a flight back to the UAE. I was wondering how many times will they x ray my checked in bags. Will they x ray once in each airport or only x ray them at my final destination? Thank you.
