Can i date this guy?? can some one help me?

So..The other day when was on my flight on a vacation, i've met this American guy called "Ryan"..He sat next to me on the plane..The minute he sat next to me, he fell head over heels to me..He even admitted it to me..I am an Indian girl...He kept talking about my culture and people so much...I could see he was so crazy about me..He said that he is a transfer student at my university....He couldn't let me go out of his sight...He kept starring at me at baggage retrieval and also at the parking lot...He is so cute but i didn't really know if i could trust him..He begged me for my number although he gave his number....I don't know if i should call him....But i really like him too..Please don't take me to a stereotype but i always have this feeling that all American guys are playboys...I am really confused..Can some one help me??
